error while client copy 6 Months ago Karma: 0

local copy
i got an error run time error
exception name...

CX_SY_DYN_CALL_ILLEGAL_FUNC

i configured TMS
and the error no more existed........
but i couldnt understand what was the logic behind it
can any1 help me out..........

Hi Anubuthi,

I infer that the version of IDES that you are holding doesn't have an appropriate data/the installation didn't went well. Goto the Tcode SE37, give the Function module name SCCM_CHECK_NAMETAB click on the button Display. If you get any error message, check the associated SAP note to resolve the issue.

The FM is used for Parallel Client Copy and is not related to TMS.
